시놉시스

14명의 성인 정신지체인들이 생활하는 관악장애인직업재활센터.

지능지수 70이하로 분류되는 이들은 세상에 쉽게 어울리지 못한다.

현대사회의 미덕인 '빠름'과 대비되는 '느린' 사람들이기 때문이다.
그러나 짝사랑때문에 괴로워하고 자기가 좋아하는 일을 할 때의 행복해하는 이들은 느린마큼 순수하다.
There are 14 mentally retarded people living in Kwan-ak Center. All of them are under I.Q. 70 and can't get along with the world outside. They are 'slow', definitely compared to the 'fast' people & culture of the modern society. Although they make a living by washing cars or putting the brochures into the envelopes, they are warm-hearted. They are happy when they do what they love and they are sad when they suffer to win the love of others, just like the rest of us. They are innocent as they are slow. This film is about the daily life of these people.
