시놉시스

정부는 2005년 희망한국21이라는 정책 속에서 노인과 장애인의 인권보호를 위해 수용시설을 확충해야 한다는 계획을 발표했다. 하지만 장애인 수용시설에서의 장애인들은 심각한 인권유린에 방치되고 사회로부터 배제되는 악순환이 반복되고 있다. 2006년 여름 시설인권투쟁을 그린 작품이다.

The government announced its plans for expanding and improving facilities for the senior and disabled to protect their human rights in the name of the policy, 2005 promising Korea 21. However, the human rights of the disabled people in the accommodation are severely infringed and they are abandoned from society and they are caught in a vicious circle. It is a movie about 2006 summer struggle for human rights in facilities.
